Maybe I should go walking

Being with her was like playing chess

Caring too much about her feelings made me feel anxious

An insecure attachment 


When I miss, her I remember 

The texts she left on read 

The ones that never got back

Used to see her through my pink colored glasses

In an era where people are racing to get the latest smartphones and all-in-one devices, I decided to go in the opposite direction. Instead of upgrading to the newest iPhone or Android, I bought something many would consider outdated—an MP3 player. The Decision to Step Back I’ve been making an intentional effort to limit my phone usage. I tried app blockers, screen time limits, and even grayscale mode, but the temptation to scroll and check notifications was always there.
